Octopus Online Payment Service (T&C | COI | TOU | Safety Guide)

  1. Octopus online payment service is only a payment means for purchase of goods and services or online bill and payment service (including donations) provided by service providers, please contact the related service provider directly in relation to any and all matters on their goods and services.
  2. Please read carefully the relevant service provider’s privacy policy and personal information collection policy statement before you provide or submit any personal information to such service provider.
  3. Upon prior consent from you, you may be required to submit your personal information through Octopus Cards Limited to service providers (i) during purchase process of goods or services; (ii) for enabling charitable organizations to issue receipt for your donation made using Octopus online payment service.

Octopus O! ePay Service (Relevant T&Cs: COI | SOF)

  1. Please note that different (i) annual transaction limits, (ii) daily transaction limits and (iii) maximum account balances apply to different types of O! ePay Account.
  2. You are solely responsible for the upload, posting, dispatch, transmission, sharing or otherwise making available of any content through your O! ePay Account, e.g. photos and messages.
  3. For fund transfer with bank instructions: Your name, HKID or passport number and bank account number will be passed to your bank for setting up the Direct Debit Authorization and performing fund transfers according to your instructions. (T&C)

Octopus O! ePay Service – Fund Transfer To Bank* Monthly amount at HK$3,000 or below: free of charge; otherwise 1% of any amount exceeding HK$3,000 (subject to a minimum fee of HK$1)
Octopus Online Payment Service Some third-party service providers may charge a service fee for online purchases. Please check with related merchants for relevant terms and fees.
